Breckland Retail Services are there to serve small to medium sized businesses and offer out of hours services as standard to suit your needs. We have a team of dedicated engineers who will work around the clock to minimise impact to your operation as we understand that repairs and upgrades to the system needs to be done out of the normal office hours that so many IT and EPOS companies will normally charge a premium for. Most issues can be resolved remotely and over 95% of our calls are dealt this way saving you time & money and reducing the impact to your businesses.

Our most popular EPOS product is the competitively priced Till & Software Combo package, which can be bought as a one off fee of £1290 or spread over 12 months for as little as £78* a month. Whatever you choose, you'll receive three months free support, a fully licensed EPOS till with a two year warranty, ultra reliable hardware, cashdraw, (scanner for retail EPOS tills) and a receipt printer. If you want something more mobile or to lease an epos system, we have solutions available on Windows tablets and Android tablets starting from £35 per month. For hospitality customers, you have the option of adding table ordering software to support your EPOS system which is compatible on most Android devices.

There are no hidden extras when you purchase a system from us. Everything quoted in the proposal gives you everything you need to be fully operational. Our great value installation service starting at £295 (which can also be spread monthly), gives you peace of mind knowing you can switch from one system to another with all your existing items on there without having to do anything yourself, other than supply us with the data. All of this and the setup will be done in advance, so you don't have to worry, at a time that is convenient to you 24/7, all this for a one off low fixed fee.

*On acceptance of an order, a deposit of £600 (excluding VAT) per point of sale terminal will be taken in addition to the first month’s rental fee. All till hardware comes with a two year RTB warranty. Once the rental term has ended you can cancel the ongoing support agreement and you won't lose functionality, though from £20 a month we find that most customers keep the support agreement in place.


Fixed Price On-Site Project Managed Installations start from £295 (Excluding VAT), which is ideal for small boutiques, pubs, bars, clubs, cafes and restaurants and includes the installation and setup of 120 items. For Retail operations we recommend a list of items be supplied on CSV or Excel where the charge for installation starts from £495. Our Installation Service allows you to switch systems with no downtime at a convenient time to you. Please contact us for specific pricing queries.
